Friday Fancies: Favorite Atlanta Brands

Happy Friday dear readers! As summer winds down and I’m spending more time in town, I thought I’d share my Atlanta haunts of choice as of late. From outposts that offer delightful tabletop to mouthwatering prepared foods, here’s where you’ll find me this fall.

Odd McLean

In a sea of sameness, there stands out Odd McLean. It’s a very chic, most unique destination in Ansley Mall for gorgeous dishes, gifts, jewelry, and much more. Proprietor Kwynn Everest, pictured above with moi, is a fellow preschool mom and gifted tastemaker with an eye for special finds. Use code MUFFY10 for 10% off your online or in-store order and enjoy complimentary shipping (!!) until August 31st.

Lucy’s Market

I have many reasons to pop by Lucy’s Market, one being their signature gift baskets that are always a hit for welcoming a new baby, packing as a hostess gift, celebrating a birthday or recovering from a hospital stay. You can shop baskets and have them shipped even if you aren’t local, my go-to is always the dinner basket for new baby arrivals and I love letting the lovely Lucy’s Market ladies come up with something wonderful by choosing the build a basket option. From their prepared foods, I can’t resist Kim’s Famous Chicken Salad, pimento cheese (endless options!), and truffled brownies.

Dear Elouise

If you are in need of fine paper for invitations, personal stationery and Christmas cards, look no further. Dear Elouise has been making a splash lately with classic designs reimagined and exclusive collaborations with Atlanta artist Susan Welsh Churchill and iconic design house Sister Parish. Brent Ellis, studio owner and designer, is a fount of knowledge and creativity who will help you select elegant paper goods tailored to your tastes.

Gramercy Home

Gramercy is where you go for exquisite linens for bed, bath, and table. Choose from timeless brands such as Matouk and D. Porthault and leave the personalization up to Gramercy’s fabulous team. I must note that their selection of fine gifts is a perk when you’re in a pinch for a hostess or birthday present. You may shop their wide selection of luxury linens here.

w. port

I couldn’t possibly leave out clothing! w. port’s Emily Livezey is an ace at dressing Buckhead for all seasons but I think her fall and winter selections are especially chic. Effortless styles from cult favorites like Ulla Johnson and fresh labels you haven’t even heard of yet line the perimeter of this chic shop. Head to w. port’s Instagram account for daily try ons; out-of-town orders and shipping are just a DM away!
